T-12,809/T-44,699, TAX DECLARATION NO. 2019-000050, WITH AN AREA OF 23,117 SQUARE METERS; LOT NO. 216-G-18, PSD-09-034655, UNDER TCT NO. T-22,235/T-44,607, TAX DECLARATION NO. 2019-000268, WITH AN AREA OF 5,203 SQUARE METERS; AND LOT NO. 216-G-19, PSD-09-034655, UNDER TCT NO. T-22,236/T-44,698, TAX DECLARATION NO. 2019-000258, WITH AN AREA OF 21,702 SQUARE METERS, WITH THREE HUNDRED ELEVEN (311) SALEABLE LOTS/UNITS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY BULATOK, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, the City Government of Pagadian, as the owner of Timberland Village, has submitted an application for Final Development Permit (FDP) under BP 220 for socialized housing project-a residential subdivision of Lot Nos. 216-E-1, 216-G-18, 216-G-19, covered by TCT Nos. T-44,697, T-1944-698 & T-44,699, containing a total area of Fifty Thousand Twenty (50,022) square meters, involving Three Hundred Eleven (311) saleable lots/units, located at Barangay Bulatok, this City. WHEREAS, upon thorough review by the concerned committee, to which the foregoing matter was duly referred for initial evaluation, it was determined and recommended that the application be remanded, without action, due to lack of pertinent documents necessary for the proper assessment and compliance with the provisions of BP 220 and other pertinent regulations, as herein specified, to wit: Plans, Specifications, Bills of Materials, and Cost Estimates duly signed and sealed by a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect; A Vicinity Map and Topographic Plan signed and sealed by a licensed Geodetic Engineer; Survey Plan of the lot(s); At least two (2) copies of Certified True Copies of Titles, latest Real Property Tax (RPT) Receipts, and Certified True Copies (CTC) of Tax Declarations covering the properties subject to the application; At least two (2) copies of Storm Drainage (Closed Drainage) and Sanitary Sewer System Plans duly signed and sealed by a licensed Sanitary Engineer or Civil Engineer; Water Distribution System Plan and a Certificate of Service Coverage from the Local Water District or Franchise Holder, or a Permit to Drill duly issued by the National Water Resources Board (NWRB); and Electrical Plan duly certified by a Professional Electrical Engineer, and a Certificate of Service Coverage from the Local Power Distribution Utility Company or Electric Cooperative. NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., be it RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands without action, to the Honorable City Mayor the application for Final Development Permit (FDP) of Timberland Village (Residential Subdivision/lot only), under BP 220 Socialized Housing, owned by the City Government of Pagadian, involving Lot No. 216-E-1, Psd-067450, under TCT No. T-12,809/T-44,699, Tax Declaration No. 2019-000050, with an area of 23,117 square meters; Lot No. 216-G-18, Psd-09-034655, under TCT No. T-22,235/T-44,607, Tax Declaration No. 2019-000268, with an area of 5,203 square meters; and Lot No. 216-G-19, Psd-09-034655, under TCT No. T-22,236/T-44,698, Tax Declaration No. 2019-000258, with an area of 21,702 square meters, with Three Hundred Eleven (311) saleable lots/units, situated at Barangay Bulatok, this city. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Honorable City Mayor and Engr. Maria Rhodora M.
