"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 067, AUTHORED BY HONORABLE SAM TYRA F. CO, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE JOB SEEKER EMPLOYMENT INTERVENTION PROGRAM TO BETTER ACCESS JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR PAGADIAN CITY RESIDENTS, PROVIDING THE PROCEDURES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, "AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"
WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 067;
WHEREAS, following a thorough deliberation on the said draft, this body finds the same to have thoroughly addressed the perceived needs and concerns thus allowing its consideration in the next stage of the legislative mill is imperative at this point;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 067, authored by Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for the Job Seeker Employment Intervention Program to Better Access Job Opportunities for Pagadian City Residents, Providing the Procedures and For Other Purposes," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
