"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 066, AUTHORED BY HONORABLE SAM TYRA F. CO, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE MORAL RECOVERY AND RENEWAL PROGRAM, PROVIDING THEREIN THE PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"
WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body, after having considered Draft Ordinance No. 066 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the Sanggunian;
WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and finding its relevance and practicability under the present circumstances, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 066, authored by Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, entitled: "An Ordinance institutionalizing the Moral Recovery and Renewal Program, Providing Therein the Program Implementation in the City of Pagadian," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
