"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 060 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO.2024-580, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE INTEGRATING RESIDENT PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (PWDS) IN THE WORKFORCE OF BUSINESS ENTITIES/EMPLOYERS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE PAGADIAN CITY AND PROVIDING INCENTIVES TO PRIVATE BUSINESS ENTITIES/EMPLOYERS EMPLOYING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PWDS)""
WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 060 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken;
WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merit the body's final action and approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 060 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-580, entitled: "An Ordinance Integrating Resident Persons With Disability (PWDs) In The Workforce Of Business Entities/Employers Within The Jurisdiction Of The Pagadian City And Providing Incentives To Private Business Entities/Employers Employing Persons With Disabilities (PWDs)."
