"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 060, AUTHORED BY HONORABLE LIM, JR., ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE INTEGRATING RESIDENT PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (PWDS) IN THE WORKFORCE OF BUSINESS ENTITIES/EMPLOYERS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE PAGADIAN CITY AND PROVIDING INCENTIVES TO PRIVATE BUSINESS ENTITIES/EMPLOYERS EMPLOYING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PWDS)," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"
WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 060 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 060, authored by Honorable Lim, Jr., entitled: "An Ordinance Integrating Resident Persons with Disability (PWDs) in the Workforce of Business Entities/Employers Within the Jurisdiction of the Pagadian City and Providing Incentives to Private Business Entities/Employers Employing Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
