"A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 4, SERIES OF 2024, OF BARANGAY DITORAY, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE USE OF PERSONALIZED ID COLLARS FOR DOGS, REQUIRING OWNERS TO PROVIDE NECESSARY IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION TO ENSURE PUBLIC SAFETY AND PREVENT THE SPREAD OF DISEASES AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF"
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Ditoray enacted Barangay Ordinance No. 04, s. of 2024, entitled: "An Ordinance Mandating the Use of Personalized ID Collars for Dogs, Requiring Owners to Provide Necessary Identification Information to Ensure Public Safety and Prevent the Spread of Diseases and Imposing Penalties for Violation Thereof," and submitted the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod pursuant to Section 57 of R.A. 7160 for review and confirmation; 
WHEREAS, the said Barangay Ordinance No. 04, s. 2024, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committees, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Patrisha Kaye N. Asugas, be it
RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the validity of Barangay Ordinance No. 4, s. 2024, of Barangay Ditoray, entitled: "An Ordinance Mandating the Use of Personalized ID Collars for Dogs, Requiring Owners to Provide Necessary Identification Information to Ensure Public Safety and Prevent the Spread of Diseases and Imposing Penalties for Violation Thereof." 
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Ditoray, through the Punong Barangay, for their information and guidance.
