RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0825 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation and Committee on Finance & Appropriation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 74, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING CO-TERMINUS POSITIONS OF THE LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT, NAMELY: ONE (1) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT III, SALARY GRADE 20, FOR THE OFFICE OF THE VICE MAYOR; AND TWELVE (12) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT II, SALARY GRADE 17, AND TWELVE (12) PRIVATE SECRETARY II, SALARY GRADE 15, AS ADDITIONAL STAFF OF THE SP MEMBERS, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE RULE II, SECTION 1 (B) OF THE INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN CITY," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 074 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 074, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating Co-Terminus Positions of the Legislative Department, namely: One (1) Executive Assistant III, Salary Grade 20, for the Office of the Vice Mayor; and Twelve (12) Executive Assistant II, Salary Grade 17, and Twelve (12) Private Secretary II, Salary Grade 15, as Additional Staff of the SP Members, Amending for the purpose Rule II, Section 1 (B) of the Internal Rules of Procedure of the 14th City Council of Pagadian City," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
