"A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO NEGOTIATE AND PURCHASE, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, THE HEREIN SPECIFIED PARCELS OF LAND FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT'S HOUSING AND RESETTLEMENT PROJECTS KNOWN AS THE "ASENSO VILLAGE""
WHEREAS, in line with the thrust and mandate to provide decent homes or housing sites for the landless and homeless, the City Government is determined to pursue housing and resettlement projects known as "Asenso Village;" 
WHEREAS, in view thereof, the Honorable City Mayor, by way of a letter, sought for authority to negotiate and purchase various parcels of land which were identified as an ideal site for the projects;
WHEREAS, this body, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing request, deems it imperatively necessary to grant the Honorable City Mayor with the necessary authority to negotiate and purchase the same based on the fair market value specified by the City Appraisal Committee through its Resolution No. 3, series of 2024;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to negotiate and purchase, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, the herein specified parcels of land for the exclusive use of the City Government's Housing and Resettlement Project known as the "Asenso Village," more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot 6134-F, Psd-09-066662, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-45,128, registered in the name of Caludia Alonzo, containing an area of 5,985 square meters, more or less, situated at Barangay Poloyagan, this city, at P375.00 Per Square Meter;
Lot No. 6134-G, Psd-09-066662, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 131-2018001747, registered in the name of Vicente Alo, containing an area of 5,984 square meters, situated at Barangay Poloyagan, this city, at P375.00 Per Square Meter;
Lot No. 6134-J, Psd-09-066662, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-45,132, registered in the name of Anselmo Alo, containing an area of 5,984 square meters, situated at Barangay Poloyagan, this city, at P375.00 Per Square Meter;
Lot No. 7623-J, Bsd-09-004138, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 131-2022002196, registered in the name of Logilyn Y. Gamulo, containing an area of 22,500 square meters, situated at Barangay Upper Sibatang, this city, at P250.00 Per Square Meter.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; to the City Legal Officer and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
