"A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE VALIDITY OF BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 002, S. 2009 OF THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF TIGUMA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEE AND OTHER BARANGAY FEES AND CHARGES"

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Tiguma enacted Barangay Ordinance No. 002, s. of 2009, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing Barangay Clearance Fee and Other Barangay Fees and Charges," and submitted the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod pursuant to Section 57 of R.A. 7160 for review and confirmation;

WHEREAS, the said Barangay Ordinance No. 002, s. 2009, after careful consideration by this august body through the concerned Committees, has been found to have substantially complied with the provisions of R.A. 7160 and such other pertinent legal requisites; 

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it

RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the validity of Barangay Ordinance No. 002. s. of 2009, of the Barangay Council of Tiguma, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing Barangay Clearance Fee and Other Barangay Fees and Charges." 
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Tiguma, through the Punong Barangay, for their information and guidance.
