RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0813 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Health and Social Services, Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation and Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 081, AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-578, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE NATIONAL IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM (NIP) IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 081, authored by Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, entitled: "An Ordinance Adopting The National Immunization Program (NIP) In The City Of Pagadian, Appropriating Funds Therefor, And For Other Purposes", was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 081, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-578, entitled: "An Ordinance Adopting The National Immunization Program (Nip) In The City Of Pagadian, Appropriating Funds Therefor, And For Other Purposes."
