Fernandez, have been thoroughly considered by this august body through the Joint Committees on Health & Social Services, on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation and on Finance & Appropriations, with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 079, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-576, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The City Health Promotion Committee And Establishing The City Health Unit In The City Of Pagadian And Providing Funds Thereof."
