RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0804 (Sponsored by: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 076, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE TO EXPROPRIATE THE PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY MR. VICENTE DIANA AND/OR MRS. FELICIDAD BELEN, WITH AN AGGREGATE LAND AREA OF 4,998 SQUARE METERS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAYOR TO INITIATE EXPROPRIATION PROCEEDINGS OVER THE SAID PROPERTY AND APPROPRIATING NECESSARY FUNDS NEEDED THEREFORE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" AND FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 076 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, as all the necessary documents have been complied by the Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation in its Committee Report which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa be it RESOLVED to approve as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 076, entitled: "An Ordinance To Expropriate The Parcel Of Land Owned By Mr. Vicente Diana And/Or Mrs. Felicidad Belen, With An Aggregate Land Area Of 4,998 Square Meters, Situated At Barangay Balintawak, This City, And Authorizing The City Mayor To Initiate Expropriation Proceedings Over The Said Property And Appropriating Necessary Funds Needed Therefore And For Other Purposes" and for its further consideration on Third and Final Reading.
