To) "A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE PARTICIPATION/ATTENDANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL TO THE PHILIPPINE COUNCILORS LEAGUE (PCL) REGIONAL ASSEMBLY AND SEMINAR AT THE GRAND SUMMIT HOTEL, GENERAL SANTOS CITY, ON JULY 31 TO AUGUST 2, 2024, AS AN OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF THE BODY IN LIEU OF ITS SCHEDULED SESSION FOR THE WEEK THEREBY, IN EFFECT, RESETTING THE 85TH REGULAR SESSION TO AUGUST 7, 2024" WHEREAS, all, if not majority, of the members of the 14th City Council will be attending and participating in the Philippine Councilors League (PCL)-Regional Assembly and Seminar slated on July 31 to August 2, 2024 at the Grand Summit Hotel, General Santos City; WHEREAS, considering the foregoing activity to be equally important and with great bearing particularly on the discharge of the official duties and responsibilities of local legislators, the members of the 14th City Council are scheduled to attend/participate the same, hence, the body deems necessary to consider the said activity as an official undertaking which therefore will necessitate the resetting of the 85th Regular Session to August 7, 2024; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED to consider, as this body hereby considers the participation/attendance of the members of the 14th City Council to the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Regional Assembly and Seminar at the Grand Summit Hotel, General Santos City, on July 31 to August 2, 2024, as an official undertaking of the body in lieu of its scheduled session for the week thereby, in effect, resetting the 85th Regular Session to August 7, 2024.
