RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0795 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION REMANDING TO THE CITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR, THROUGH THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR, THE CALENDAR YEAR 2025 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP) OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, WITH AN ADVICE TO RESUBMIT THE SAME AS SOON AS IT IS ALREADY COMPLETED AND FINALIZED" WHEREAS, on June 7, 2024, the Honorable City Mayor forwarded to this august body the CY 2025 Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of the City Government of Pagadian together with CDC Resolution No. 2, s. 2024, which in gist, adopted and approved the same with a total estimated amount of One Billion Seven Hundred Forty Eight Million Pesos (P1,748,000,000.00) to be funded out from the internal sources and Four Billion Two Hundred Forty-Two Million Pesos (P4,242,000,000.00) to be funded from the external sources in the Annual Budget Preparations for Calendar Year 2025; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation, the body, in consideration of the information of the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, that the amount stipulated thereat are only indicative and not yet final as the total National Tax Allotment (NTA) for CY 2025 of the City of Pagadian has not yet been released by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), deems it appropriate and in order to remand the said CY 2025 AIP to the City Planning and Development Coordinator, with a further advice to resubmit the same after it is already completed and finalized; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands to the City Planning and Development Coordinator, through the Honorable City Mayor, the Calendar Year 2025 Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of the City Government of Pagadian, with an advice to resubmit the same as soon as it is already completed and finalized. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his reference and appropriate action; the City Planning and Development Officer, and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
