RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0785 (Co-Sponsors: Committees on Games Amusements & Sports on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 059 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-573, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSDO) UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, PROVIDING ITS PERSONNEL AND COMPOSITION, DEFINING THEIR DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 059, authored by Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The Pagadian City Sports Development Office (CSDO) Under The Office Of The City Mayor, Providing Its Personnel And Composition, Defining Their Duties, Functions And Responsibilities And For Other Purposes," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 059 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-573 entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The Pagadian City Sports Development Office (CSDO) Under The Office Of The City Mayor, Providing Its Personnel And Composition, Defining Their Duties, Functions And Responsibilities And For Other Purposes."
