REVELO, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (CSDO) UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, PROVIDING ITS PERSONNEL AND COMPOSITION, DEFINING THEIR DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING; WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 059, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Games, Amusement & Sports and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation, which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 059, authored by Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating The Pagadian City Sports Development Office (CSDO) Under The Office Of The City Mayor, Providing Its Personnel And Composition, Defining Their Duties, Functions And Responsibilities And For Other Purposes," And For Its Consideration On Third Reading.
