RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0783 (Sponsor: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 042, AUTHORED BY HONORABLE ARIEL J. LIM,JR. AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-572, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE REVISED COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM ON STI & HIV AND AIDS ADVOCACY, PREVENTION AND CONTROL, PROMULGATING POLICIES AND MEASURES THERETO, AND FURTHER PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR." WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 042, sponsored by Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., entitled: "An Amended City Ordinance for Pagadian City's Comprehensive Program on STI & HIV and AIDS Advocacy, Prevention and Control, Promulgating Policies and Measures Thereto, and Further Providing Funds Therefor", was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, following the incorporation of an amendment to the title of the said measure, the same was approved on Third and Final Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 042, authored by Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr. and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-572, entitled: "An Ordinance Adopting the Revised Comprehensive Program on STI & HIV and AIDS Advocacy, Prevention and Control, Promulgating Policies and Measures Thereto, and Further Providing Funds Therefor."
