RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0782 (Sponsor: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 042, AUTHORED BY HONORABLE ARIEL J. LIM, JR., ENTITLED: "AN AMENDED CITY ORDINANCE FOR PAGADIAN CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM ON STI & HIV AND AIDS ADVOCACY, PREVENTION AND CONTROL, PROMULGATING POLICIES AND MEASURES THERETO, AND FURTHER PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 042, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committee on Health and Social Services, which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 042, authored by Honorable Ariel J. Lim, Jr., entitled: "An Amended City Ordinance for Pagadian City's Comprehensive Program on STI & HIV and AIDS Advocacy, Prevention and Control, Promulgating Policies and Measures Thereto, and Further Providing Funds Therefor," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
