FERNANDEZ AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-571, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE CHILDREN CENTER INTO THE PAGADIAN CITY CENTER FOR CHILDREN IN CONFLICT WITH THE LAW TO BE KNOWN AS THE "YOUTH CENTER" AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 061, sponsored by Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, entitled: " An Ordinance Providing For The Conversion Of The Children Center Into The Pagadian City Center For Children In Conflict With The Law To Be Known As The "Youth Center" And Appropriating Funds Therefor", was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Marylynn U. Tan, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 061, sponsored by Honorable Priscilla M.
