"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 061, SPONSORED BY HONORABLE PRISCILLA M. FERNANDEZ, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE CHILDREN CENTER INTO THE PAGADIAN CITY CENTER FOR CHILDREN IN CONFLICT WITH THE LAW TO BE KNOWN AS THE "YOUTH CENTER" AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR", AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING" 
WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 061, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances;
WHEREAS, following the deliberation and discussion by the body through the Committees on Youth, Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency & Drug Abuse Prevention; on Health and Social Services; and on Finance and Appropriations, which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Marylynn U. Tan, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 061, sponsored by Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing For The Conversion Of The Children Center Into The Pagadian City Center For Children In Conflict With The Law To Be Known As The "Youth Center" And Appropriating Funds Therefor," And For Its Further Consideration On Third Reading.
