RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0777 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Commerce, Trade & Industry & Economic Enterprise & Cooperatives & Committee on Ways & Means) "A RESOLUTION FORWARDING TO THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR, IN HIS CONCURRING CAPACITY AS CHAIRMAN OF THE C3 BOARD, THE REQUEST OF THE PAGADIAN-ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY FOUNDATION, INCORPORATED (PZCCIFI), FOR APPROPRIATE CONSIDERATION" WHEREAS, the Pagadian-Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce & Industry Foundation, Incorporated, through its Board Resolution No. 2012-02, series of 2023, has sought the approval of the Local Government of Pagadian City for the expansion of their office located at the 3rd Floor, City Commercial Center (C3) building, Santiago District, this city, by utilizing the adjacent vacant office spaces particularly Stall Nos. T-83 and T-84; WHEREAS, following the recommendation of the concerned Committees, to which the aforementioned request was initially referred, the body, after considering the request is within the ambit of the authority of the C3 Board, deemed it appropriate and in order to officially forward the same to Honorable City Mayor in his concurring capacity as the Chairman of the C3 Board; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to forward, as it is hereby forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, in his concurring capacity as Chairman of the C3 Board, the request of the Pagadian-Zamboanga Del Sur Chamber of Commerce & Industry Foundation, Incorporated (PZCCIFI), for appropriate consideration. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the C3 Board through the Chairman, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for immediate favorable consideration; and to the Pagadian-Zamboanga Del Sur Chamber of Commerce & Industry Foundation, Incorporated (PZCCIFI), through its President, Ms. Hazel J.
