RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0774 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 07 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2001-06-2024, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR MILLION (P194,000,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATIONS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0770 OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD AND THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 07 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public and thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it is hereby approved Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 07 on Third and Final Reading and Ordaining the same as Appropriation Ordinance No. 2001-06-2024, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety-Four Million (P194,000,000.00) Pesos As Available For Appropriations Pursuant To Resolution No. 2024-0770 Of The Sangguniang Panlungsod And The Certification Issued By The Local Finance Committee And Appropriating The Same Amount For Specified Priority Programs, Projects And Expenditures Of The City Government Of Pagadian.
