RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0772 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON FIRST READING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 07, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR MILLION (P194,000,000.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATIONS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0770 OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD AND THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN", AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON SECOND READING" WHEREAS, Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 07, has been duly presented on First Reading by the Committee on Finance and Appropriations; WHEREAS, the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, has conducted a thorough review and evaluation of the proposed appropriations to ensure that they align with the strategic goals and financial stability of the City of Pagadian, has favorably recommended the same for further consideration and deliberation on Second Reading, which recommendation was approved by the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it is hereby approved on First Reading Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 07, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety-Four Million (P194,000,000.00) Pesos As Available For Appropriations Pursuant To Resolution No. 2024-0770 Of The Sangguniang Panlungsod And The Certification Issued By The Local Finance Committee And Appropriating The Same Amount For Specified Priority Programs, Projects And Expenditures Of The City Government Of Pagadian, and for its consideration on Second Reading.
