RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0766 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND OFFICIALLY ADOPTING THE CALENDAR YEAR 2021-2026 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP) OF THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 106 of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991," the City Development Council, through Resolution No. 4A, s. 2023, dated July 2, 2023, enacted the Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for Calendar Year 2021-2026 of the City of Pagadian, which will serve as the blue print in facilitating inclusive and sustainable local development for the City of Pagadian, and submitted the same to the Sangguniang Panlungsod for adoption; WHEREAS, the body, in support of the favorable recommendation of the Committee on Finance & Appropriations, to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial evaluation and consideration, deems it imperative to approve and officially adopt the Calendar Year 2021-2026 Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) of the City of Pagadian; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve and officially adopt the Calendar Year 2021-2026 Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) of the City of Pagadian. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished the Honorable City Mayor; the City Planning and Development Office; the Department of Interior and Local Government through the City Local Government Operations Officer, Ms. Maribel C.
