Bajamunde, Jr.) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO EXTEND ALL NECESSARY SUPPORT TO THE PAGADIAN-ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY FOUNDATION, INCORPORATED, IN RELATION TO THE SCHEDULED HOSTING OF THE 2024 BUSINESS WEEK AND 1ST ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA INVESTMENT CONFERENCE (ZAMBOPEN ICON) ON JULY 29, 2024 TO AUGUST 2, 2024 IN PAGADIAN CITY" WHEREAS, the Pagadian-Zamboanga del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Incorporated, will be hosting the 2024 Business Week and 1st Zamboanga Peninsula Investment Conference (ZAMBOPEN ICON) on July 29, 2024 to August 2, 2024 in the City of Pagadian which aims to bring together industry leaders, investors, entrepreneurs and policymakers to explore opportunities, foster innovation and promote sustainable economic growth in the region; WHEREAS, to ensure the successful conduct of the foregoing endeavor, the PZCCIFI sought the support, participation and partnership of the City Government of Pagadian in the hosting of such event; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation, this body, finding importance and urgency of the foregoing matter and considering that such event will further promote and showcase the city's potential as an investment and business haven in the region, deems it prim and proper to grant the necessary authority to the Honorable City Mayor for the purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr. be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to extend all necessary support to the Pagadian-Zamboanga Del Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Incorporated, in relation to the scheduled hosting of the 2024 Business Week and 1st Zamboanga Peninsula Investment Conference (ZAMBOPEN ICON) on July 29, 2024 to August 2, 2024 in Pagadian City. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate favorable consideration; and to Ms. Hazel J.
