Revelo) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CONDUCIVE AND FACILITATIVE LIVE STREAMING AND BROADCAST METHOD DURING THE CONDUCT OF THE REGULAR AND SPECIAL SESSIONS OF THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL OF PAGADIAN CITY" WHEREAS, transparency and public accessibility are fundamental principles of good governance, hence, the 14th City Council recognizes the paramount importance of transparency and public accessibility in its legislative processes to ensure that the actions and decisions of the Council are open and clear to the public, fostering trust and accountability; WHEREAS, live streaming and broadcasting of sessions during regular and special sessions can be an effective tool to enhance public access, allowing constituents to stay informed about the decisions and discussions that impact its community; WHEREAS, with the intention of having an orderly conduct of sessions, there is a need to adopt an efficient live streaming and broadcast system as well as the establishment of protocols to ensure the reliability and professionalism of the broadcasts, ensuring high-quality and uninterrupted service to the public; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to adopt, as this body hereby adopts a conducive and facilitative live streaming and broadcast method during the conduct of the regular and special session of the 14th City Council of Pagadian City.
