"A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO FAVORABLY CONSIDER THE PROVISION OF NECESSARY ASSISTANCE, CHARGEABLE AGAINST THE PEACE AND ORDER FUND, TO THE BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY (BJMP)-PAGADIAN CITY JAIL FEMALE DORMITORY, PURPOSELY FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF EIGHT (8) PIECES 400 WATTS OUTDOOR SOLAR LIGHT AND FOUR (4) CHANNEL PACKAGE OF CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV)"

WHEREAS, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)-Pagadian City Jail Female Dormitory, through the acting Jail Warden, and by way of a letter, sought financial support from the City Government of Pagadian for the purchase and installation of eight (8) pcs. 400 Watts Outdoor Solar Lights and four (4) Channel Package of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV); which includes the following, to wit: three (3) pcs. Dahua 2mp HD Cam without Audio; one (1) pc. Dahua 2mp HD Cam with Audio; one (1) pc. HDD 100GB; eight (8) pcs. Connector BNC; eight (8) pcs. Connectors DC; one (1) pc. Centralize Power Supply 10amp; one hundred (100) meter Wire Rg6; and one (1) pc. 19" monitor; purposely for use as a measure to ensure the safety and security of the female Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL);
WHEREAS, the body, in support of the favorable recommendation of the concerned Committees-to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial evaluation and consideration-finds it imperative for the City Government to extend the necessary financial assistance chargeable against the Peace and Order Fund, hence, requesting the Honorable City Mayor for the purpose is in order and most appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it
RESOLVED to request, as this body hereby requests the Honorable City Mayor to favorably consider the provision of necessary assistance, chargeable against the City Government's Peace and Order Fund, to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP)-Pagadian City Jail Female Dormitory, purposely for the purchase and installation of Eight (8) pieces 400 Watts Outdoor Solar Light and Four (4) Channel Package of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV).
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his favorable consideration; and to J/Insp Brenille A. Carin, Acting Jail Warden, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Region IX, Pagadian City Jail Female Dormitory, Purok Bliss, Barangay Lenienza, this city, for information, reference and follow-up.
