RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0737 (Sponsor: Committee on Ways and Means) "A RESOLUTION REMANDING, WITHOUT ACTION, TO THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF SANTIAGO ITS BARANGAY ORDINANCE NO. 01, S. 2023, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE RENTAL OF SANTIAGO BASKETBALL GYM AND A RENTAL OF VACANT LOT SITUATED AT THE BACK OF THE COVERED COURT" WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Santiago, this City, enacted Barangay Ordinance No. 01, s. 2023, entitled: "An Ordinance For The Rental Of Santiago Basketball Gym And A Rental Of Vacant Lot Situated At The Back Of The Covered Court," and submitted the same for the review and confirmation of this august body pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991; WHEREAS, the Committee on Ways and Means, to which the foregoing Barangay Ordinance was referred for initial consideration, deems it most proper to remand the same, without action, with a further recommendation to amend or revise the same in accordance with the revised rate of rental fees of the barangay; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to remand, as it is hereby remanded, without action, to the Barangay Council of Santiago its Barangay Ordinance No. 01, s. 2023, entitled: "An Ordinance For The Rental Of Santiago Basketball Gym And A Rental Of Vacant Lot Situated At The Back Of The Covered Court." RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Santiago through the Punong Barangay, for its information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
