RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0736 (Sponsor: Committee on Youth Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency and Minors Drug Abuse Prevention Committee on Education, Science Technology & Accreditation of NGOs and POs "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 053 ON THIRD AND FINAL READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-569, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SECOND WEEK OF AUGUST EVERY YEAR AS "LINGGO NG KABATAAN" IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 053 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merit the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Marylynn U. Tan, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve Draft Ordinance No. 053 on Third and Final Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-569, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Second Week Of August Every Year As "Linggo Ng Kabataan" In The City Of Pagadian And Providing Funds For The Implementation Thereof."
