RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0735 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Youth Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency and Minors Drug Abuse Prevention Committee on Education, Science Technology & Accreditation of NGOs and POs "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 053 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SECOND WEEK OF AUGUST EVERY YEAR AS "LINGGO NG KABATAAN" IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF" AND FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body, after having considered Draft Ordinance No. 053 on Second Reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the Sanggunian; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and finding its relevance and practicability under the present circumstances, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Marylynn U. Tan, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 053, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring The Second Week Of August Every Year As "Linggo Ng Kabataan" In The City Of Pagadian And Providing Funds For The Implementation Thereof," And For Its Consideration On Third And Final Reading.
