RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0709 (Sponsor: Committee on Health and Social Services) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 058, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE FURTHER RECONSTITUTING THE COMPOSITION OF THE LOCAL COMMITTEE ON ANTI-TRAFFICKING AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN (LCAT)-VAWC), THEREBY, IN EFFECT, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THE CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-462, ENTITLED:" AN ORDINANCE RECONSTITUTING THE LOCAL COMMITTEE ON ANTI-TRAFFICKING AND VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN (LCAT-VAWC) FOR THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PRESCRIBING ITS COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONS, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 058; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and finding the same within the ambit of authority of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 058, entitled: "An Ordinance Further Reconstituting The Composition Of The Local Committee On Anti-Trafficking And Violence Against Women And Their Children (LCAT-VAWC), Thereby, In Effect, Amending Section 3 Of The City Ordinance No. 2020-462, entitled:" An Ordinance Reconstituting The Local Committee On Anti-Trafficking And Violence Against Women And Their Children (LCAT-VAWC) For The City Of Pagadian, Prescribing Its Composition And Functions, Providing Funds Thereof, And For Other Purposes," And For Its Consideration On Third And Final Reading.
