RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0708 (Sponsor: Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RESETTING OF THE SCHEDULE OF THE 75th REGULAR SESSION OF THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL TO MAY 08, 2024" WHEREAS, with the recent reorganization of the Chairmanships and Memberships of the standing committees of the 14th City Council, there are various legislative concerns presently pending with the body which need urgent and priority attention by the new concerned Committees to which the same were referred for evaluation and such other procedural requirements in legislation; WHEREAS, to accord the new standing committees of the body enough time to come up with their recommendations following the conduct of committee meetings and/or public hearing for such purpose as well as attend to the members' other obligations as city government officials, the resetting and rescheduling of the 75th Regular Session to May 08, 2024 is most appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the resetting of the schedule of the 75th Regular Session of the 14th City Council to May 08, 2024. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
