"A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE RECONSTITUTION AND REORGANIZATION OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE PERSONNEL SELECTION/PROMOTION BOARD OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN AS ENUNCIATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 09, SERIES OF 2024"
 WHEREAS, in view of the recent reorganization of the Chairmanships and Memberships of the standing committees of the 14th City Council, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co issued Executive Order No. 09, series of 2024, entitled: "An Executive Order Further Amending Executive Order No. 61, Series of 2022, which, in gist, Reconstituted the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian," and forwarded the same to this Sanggunian for affirmation;
WHEREAS, the body, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing concern, deems it prim and proper to support the reorganization and reconstitution of the composition of the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian, hence this passage; 
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it
RESOLVED to affirm, as this body hereby affirms the reconstitution and reorganization of the composition of the Personnel Selection/Promotion Board of the City Government of Pagadian as enunciated under Executive Order No. 09, Series of 2024.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; to the City Administrator; and to the Human Resources and Management Officer, for their information and guidance.
