MABALA AGAINST PUNONG BARANGAY REY C. RABANOS OF BARANGAY WHITE BEACH, THIS CITY, DOCKETED AS SP ADMIN CASE NO. 002-2024, TO BE COMPOSED OF THE FOLLOWING, NAMELY: CHAIRMAN-HONORABLE MONIQUE SHAIRA Y. TO, IN HER CAPACITY AS CHAIRPERSON OF THE SP COMMITTEE ON GOOD GOVERNMENT, ETHICS AND CIVIL SERVICE; AND MEMBERS-HONORABLE JOAN SZANNE S. PULMONES AND HONORABLE MA. ALICIA ELENA V. ARIOSA" WHEREAS, in view of the recent change in the Chairmanships and Memberships of the different standing committees of the Sangguniang Panlungsod (14th City Council), this body, in pursuance with the provisions of City Ordinance No. 2016-362 otherwise known as the "Rules of Procedures in the Conduct of Administrative Investigation Against Elective Barangay Officials," deems it imperatively necessary to reconstitute/reorganize the composition of the Ad Hoc Committee tasks to conduct preliminary investigation on SP Admin Case No. 002-2024, entitled: Efpreciano G. Mabala versus Punong Barangay Rey C. Rabanos, of Barangay White Beach, this city, for Abuse of Authority under Uniform Rules on Administrative Cases in Civil Service. NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to reconstitute/reorganize the composition of the Ad Hoc Committee for the conduct of preliminary investigation on the Administrative Complaint filed by Mr. Efpreciano G. Mabala against Punong Barangay Rey C. Rabanos of Barangay White Beach, this City, docketed as SP Admin Case No. 002-2024, with the following composition, to wit: Chairman : Honorable Monique Shaira Y.
