ARIOSA" WHEREAS, in view of the recent change in the Chairmanships and Memberships of the different standing committees of the Sangguniang Panlungsod (14th City Council), this body, in pursuance with the provisions of City Ordinance No. 2016-362 otherwise known as the "Rules of Procedures in the Conduct of Administrative Investigation Against Elective Barangay Officials," deems it imperatively necessary to reconstitute/reorganize the composition of the Ad Hoc Committee tasks to conduct preliminary investigation on SP Admin Case No. 001-2023, entitled: Barangay Kagawad Diosdado A. Uno, et. al., versus Punong Barangay Roel A. Amban of Barangay Deborok, this city, for Gross Misconduct and Abuse of Authority under Uniform Rules on Administrative Cases in Civil Service; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Monique Shaira Y. To, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to reconstitute/reorganize the composition of the Ad Hoc Committee for the conduct of preliminary investigation on SP Admin Case No. 001-2023, entitled: Barangay Kagawad Diosdado A. Uno, et. al., versus Punong Barangay Roel A.
