RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0686 (Sponsor: Honorable Joan Szanne S. Pulmones) "A RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE PARTICIPATION/ATTENDANCE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE 14TH CITY COUNCIL TO THE PHILIPPINE COUNCILORS LEAGUE (PCL) PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY CUM BENCHMARKING AT ION HOTEL, BAGUIO CITY, ON APRIL 2010-13, 2024, AS AN OFFICIAL UNDERTAKING OF THE BODY IN LIEU OF ITS SCHEDULED SESSION FOR THE WEEK THEREBY, IN EFFECT, RESETTING THE 73rd REGULAR SESSION TO APRIL 17, 2024" WHEREAS, all, if not majority, of the members of the 14th City Council will be attending and participating in the Philippine Councilors League (PCL), Provincial Assembly Cum Benchmarking slated on April 2010-13, 2024, at Ion Hotel, Baguio City; WHEREAS, considering the foregoing activity to be equally important and with great bearing particularly on the discharge of the official duties and responsibilities of local legislators, the members of the 14th City Council are scheduled to attend/participate the same, hence, the body deems necessary to consider the said activity as an official undertaking which therefore will necessitate the resetting of the 73rd Regular Session to April 17, 2024; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Joan Szanne S. Pulmones, be it RESOLVED to consider, as this body hereby considers the participation/attendance of the members of the 14th City Council to the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Provincial Assembly Cum Benchmarking at Ion Hotel, Baguio City, on April 2010-13, 2024, as an official undertaking of the body in lieu of its scheduled session for the week thereby, in effect, resetting the 73rd Regular Session to April 17, 2024.
