FUCOY, INVOLVING THREE (3) PARCELS OF LOT KNOWN AS LOT NO. 3148, COVERED BY TCT NO. 12,946, TAX DECLARATION NO. 2019-000075, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 367 SQUARE METERS; LOT NO. 3147, COVERED BY TCT NO. 12,947, TAX DECLARATION NO. 2019-000072, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 213 SQUARE METERS; AND LOT NO. 3151, COVERED BY TCT NO. 12,948, TAX DECLARATION NO. 2019-000080, CONTAINING AN AREA OF 162 SQUARE METERS; ALL LOCATED AT BARANGAY SANTIAGO, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, presented before this body is the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Permit for Project under Commercial Subdivision of Pagadian City Peninsula Hotel, Incorporated, represented by Ms. Ma. Remedios R. Fucoy, involving three (3) parcels of lots containing a total land area of 742 square meters, located at Barangay Santiago, this city; WHEREAS, after thorough review and evaluation by this body, in consideration of the recommendation of the Committee on Planning and Landed Estates, to which said matter was referred for initial assessment, the same application has been found to be in order so as to merit approval subject, however, to the compliance of such pertinent laws and issuances governing such nature of project; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Permit for Project Under Commercial Subdivision of Pagadian City Peninsula Hotel, Incorporated, represented by Ms. Ma. Remedios R.
