RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0656 (Sponsor: Committee Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 056, AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-565, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE AGRICULTURAL AND BIOSYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, DEFINING THE COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIVISION; AND THE CREATION OF RELEVANT PERSONNEL POSITIONS AND DEFINING THE QUALIFICATIONS, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS ATTACHED THERETO" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 056, authored by the Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 056, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-565 entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Division Under the Office of the City Mayor, Defining the Composition and Functional Responsibilities of the Division; and the Creation of Relevant Personnel Positions and Defining the Qualifications, Duties and Functions attached Thereto.
