"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 056, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE AGRICULTURAL AND BIOSYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR, DEFINING THE COMPOSITION AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIVISION; AND THE CREATION OF RELEVANT PERSONNEL POSITIONS AND DEFINING THE QUALIFICATIONS, DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS ATTACHED THERETO," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"
WHEREAS, in accordance with legislative processes, the body have considered on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 056;
WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation and finding the same within the ambit of authority of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, the same was approved for consideration on Third Reading;
 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 056, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Division Under the Office of the City Mayor, Defining the Composition and Functional Responsibilities of the Division; and the Creation of Relevant Personnel Positions and Defining the Qualifications, Duties and Functions attached Thereto," and for its consideration on Third Reading.
