 "A RESOLUTION REMANDING, WITHOUT ACTION, TO THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF LALA, THIS CITY, ITS APPROPRIATION BILL NO. 01, S. 2024 (ANNUAL BUDGET), WITH THE ADVICE TO INCORPORATE THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE HONORARIUM OF SK OFFICIALS PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11768 AND IN CONFORMITY WITH THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM"
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Lala enacted Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2024, (Annual Budget) and submitted same for review and approval by this Sanggunian pursuant to Section 391 of R.A. 7160;
WHEREAS, the Committee on Finance and Appropriation to which the foregoing Appropriation Ordinance was referred for initial consideration recommended in its Committee Report No. 214 that the same be remanded to the concerned barangay for the incorporation of the honorarium of SK Officials as mandated under Republic Act No. 11768 and in conformity with the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program, which recommendation merited the concurrence of the body;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it
RESOLVED to remand, as this body hereby remands, without action, to the Sangguniang Barangay of Lala, this city, its Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, s. 2024 (Annual Budget), with the advice to incorporate the appropriation for the honorarium of SK Officials pursuant to Republic Act No. 11768 and in conformity with the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Barangay Council of Lala, through the Punong Barangay, for information and guidance.
