RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0641 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation and Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 057, AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-563, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN INTEGRATED SYSTEM TO PREVENT MENDICANCY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, CREATING THE ANTI-MENDICANCY BOARD, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 057, sponsored by the Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation and Committee on Finance and Appropriations, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing An Integrated System To Prevent Mendicancy in the City of Pagadian, creating the Anti-Mendicancy Board, and Providing Penalties for Violation thereof", was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 057 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-563, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing an Integrated System to Prevent Mendicancy in the City of Pagadian, Creating the Anti-Mendicancy Board, and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof.
