RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0632 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation and Committee on Public Utilities Transportation, Communication and Franchising) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 014 AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2024-561 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROMULGATING THE REVISED POLICIES AND GUIDELINES GOVERNING THE OPERATION OF ROAD CLEARING WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF PAGADIAN CITY AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 014, sponsored by the Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation and Committee on Public Utilities Transportation, Communication and Franchising, entitled: "An Ordinance promulgating the revised policies and guidelines governing the operation of road clearing within the territorial jurisdiction of Pagadian City and prescribing penalties for violation thereof", was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesus B. Bajamunde, Jr., be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading Draft Ordinance No. 014 and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2024-561 entitled: "An Ordinance Promulgating the Revised Policies and Guidelines Governing the Operation of Road Clearing within the Territorial Jurisdiction of Pagadian City and Prescribing Penalties for Violation Thereof.
