RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0629 (Sponsor: Committee on Planning and Landed Estates) "A RESOLUTION DENYING THE APPLICATION FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF MR. CLEMENTE NELMIDA FOR THE PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF MEMORIAL GARDEN IN BARANGAY DANLUGAN, THIS CITY, FOR LACK OF PERTINENT PRE-REQUESITE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE BODY'S EVALUATION AND CONSIDERATION" WHEREAS, Mr. Clemente Nelmida submitted to this august body his application for preliminary approval for the establishment of a Memorial Garden located at Barangay Danlugan, this city, for this body's appropriate action; WHEREAS, this body, in consideration of the findings of the Committee on Planning and Landed Estates, to which the matter was referred, which revealed that the applicant has failed to attach pertinent pre-requisite documents necessary for its approval such as, among others, the Land Use Conversion duly approved by the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), deems it proper to deny the application without prejudice, however, to the re-submission of the said application; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to deny, as this body hereby denies the application for Preliminary Approval of Mr. Clemente Nelmida for the proposed establishment of Memorial Garden in Barangay Danlugan, this city, for lack of pertinent pre-requisite documents necessary for the body's evaluation and consideration. RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the City Planning & Development Coordinator/OIC-Zoning Administrator; and to the applicant, Mr. Clemente Nelmida, for information, guidance and reference.
