Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO EXTEND FIFTEEN THOUSAND (P15,000.00) PESOS, CHARGEABLE AGAINST ANY AVAILABLE FUND SOURCES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, AS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE 36TH EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL TEAM, 2ND EOD PLATOON, 3RD EOD COMPANY, ASCOM, PA, TO HELP DEFRAY EXPENSES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THEIR OFFICE/BILLET INSIDE THE 547TH ENGINEERING BATTALION PROPERTY LOCATED AT KUTA DAO, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, the 36th EOD Team, 2nd EOD Platoon, 3rd EOD Company, ASCOM, PA, through its Commanding Officer, Capt. Joyce P. Mayao, by way of a letter, sought financial assistance from the City Government of Pagadian through the Honorable City Mayor purposely for the construction of their billet inside the 547th Engineering Battalion at Kuta Dao, this city, after they were notified that their current office is going to be utilized by the owner which is the TOG 9 (Air Force); WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, this body, finding importance and urgency of the foregoing request, this body, consistent with the City Government's commitment to ensure the peace and order situation of the city, deems it reasonable and appropriate to approve the request by granting P15,000.00 financial assistance, chargeable against any available fund sources of the City Government of Pagadian; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ma. Alicia Elena V. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to extend Fifteen Thousand (P15,000.00) Pesos, chargeable against any available fund sources of the City Government of Pagadian, as financial assistance to the 36th Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team, 2nd EOD Platoon, 3rd EOD Company, ASCOM, PA, to help defray expenses for the establishment of their office/billet inside the 547th Engineering Battalion property located at Kuta Dao, this city. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his information and favorable consideration; to the City Budget Officer; to the City Accountant; to the City Treasurer; and to Capt. Rodilyn H. Rufino (QMS), PA, Platoon Leader, 36th Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team, 2nd EOD Platoon, 3rd EOD Company, ASCOM, PA, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
