RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0597 (Sponsor: Committee on Laws, Rules & Policy Formulation, Committee on Good Government, Ethics & Civil Service, Committee on Women & Family Welfare and Committee on Youth Welfare, Juvenile Delinquency & Minors Drug Abuse Prevention) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 049, AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO.2023-559, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE REVISED PAGADIAN CIIY GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) CODE OF 2023" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 049 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public and thus merit the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Patrisha Kaye N. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 049, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2023-559, entitled: "An Ordinance Adopting The Revised Pagadian City Gender And Development (Gad) Code Of 2023."
