RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0591

"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON THIRD AND FINAL READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 046, AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO.2023-558, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING POLICIES AND MECHANISMS FOR THE RETENTION AND CONTINUED SERVICE OF BARANGAY HEALTH WORKERS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"
WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 046 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence, its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken;
WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public and thus merit the body's final action and approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it 
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Third and Final Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 046, and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2023-558, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing Policies and Mechanisms for the Retention and Continued Service of Barangay Health Workers and For Other Purposes."
