A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CY-2024, PLANS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES AND BUDGET FOR THE ONE PERCENT (1%) LOCAL COUNCIL FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN (LCPC) FUND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TWELVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND (P12,955,000.00) PESOS, AS ADOPTED AND INCLUDED UNDER THE LOCAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024 AND ITEMIZED/DETAILED IN THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP)

RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0573

"A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CY-2024, PLANS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES AND BUDGET FOR THE ONE PERCENT (1%) LOCAL COUNCIL FOR THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN (LCPC) FUND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TWELVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND (P12,955,000.00) PESOS, AS ADOPTED AND INCLUDED UNDER THE LOCAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024 AND ITEMIZED/DETAILED IN THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP)"
WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted the Annual Investment Plan for Calendar Year 2024 involving the total amount of (P12,955,000.00), which included, among others, the plans, programs and activities for the One Percent (1%) Local Council for the Protection of Children Fund;
WHEREAS, the body, after thorough evaluation and consideration, and in compliance with the requirement set by the reviewing body for the passage of a specific action on the same, deems it appropriate and in order to approve and adopt the Calendar Year 2024 Plans, Programs and Activities and Budget of the City for the One Percent (1%) Local Council for the Protection of Children Fund in the total amount of P12,955,000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it 
RESOLVED TO APPROVE AND ADOPT, as this body hereby approves and adopts the CY-2024, plans, programs and activities and budget for the One Percent (1%) Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) Fund in the total amount of Twelve Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand (P12,955,000.00) Pesos, as adopted and included under the Local Expenditure Program of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2024 and itemized/detailed in the Annual Investment Plan (AIP).
RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through the Honorable Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Provincial Government Center, Dao, this City, for their information and reference; and to the City Planning and Development Coordinator/CDC Secretariat; the City Budget Officer, and the Honorable City Mayor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
