RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0566 (Sponsor: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications & Franchising) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 048, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING GUIDELINES GOVERNING THE CALIBRATION AND SEALING OF DISPENSING PUMPS OF LIQUID PETROLEUM PRODUCTS RETAIL OUTLETS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, the body, after thorough deliberation of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 048, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Sam Tyra F. Co, be it RESOLVED TO APPROVE, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Ordinance No. 048, entitled: "An Ordinance providing guidelines governing the calibration and sealing of dispensing pumps of liquid petroleum products retail outlets in the City of Pagadian, prescribing penalties for violation thereof and for other purposes," and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading.
