RESOLUTION NO. 2023-0554 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 06, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF TWENTY-TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND NINETY PESOS AND 71/100 (P22,742,090.71) AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN," AND FOR ITS CONSIDERATION ON THIRD AND FINAL READING"" WHEREAS, the body, after thorough deliberation of the substance and merits of Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 06, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED TO APPROVE, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 06, entitled: "An Ordinance declaring the sum of Twenty-Two Million Seven Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Ninety Pesos And 71/100 (P22,742,090.71) as available for appropriation pursuant to the certification issued by the Local Finance Committee and appropriating the same amount for specified priority programs, projects and expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian," and for its consideration on Third and Final Reading.
