Revelo) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENAMING AND/OR CHANGING OF THE PROJECT TITLE/NAME OF AIP REFERENCE NO. 1SAIL23-8000R-A30, FROM "GRAVELLING OF ROAD FROM PUROK 4 TO PUROK 1, BARANGAY KALASAN," TO "GRAVELLING OF ROAD AT PUROK 6, BARANGAY KALASAN" WHEREAS, in support of the letter-request of the City Engineer's Office, the City Development Council Executive Committee forwarded to this august body its Resolution No. 8 series of 2023, which, in gist, approved the renaming/changing of the Project Title/Name of AIP Reference No. 1SAIL23-8000R-A30, from "Gravelling of Road from Purok 4 to Purok 1, Barangay Kalasan," to "Gravelling of Road at Purok 6, Barangay Kalasan," in the same amount of P450,000.00; WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, the body, finding importance and urgency of the foregoing matter and in consideration of the manifestation of the Chairperson of the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, deems it necessary to support the intention to hasten the implementation of the said project, hence, this approval NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ann Marjorie N. Revelo, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the renaming and/or changing of the Project Title/Name of AIP Reference No. 1SAIL23-8000R-A30, from "Gravelling of Road from Purok 4 to Purok 1, Barangay Kalasan," to "Gravelling of Road at Purok 6, Barangay Kalasan." RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, the City Development Council Executive Committee through the City Planning and Development Coordinator in her capacity as Head of the CDC Secretariat, City Budget Officer, the City Accountant, the City Treasurer, and the City Auditor, all of this city, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
